What is Coaching?

Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Coaching vs. therapy vs. consulting?

Coaching is focused on the present and future and closing the gap from where you are, to where you want to be. Therapy is focused on healing emotional trauma from the past, whether from childhood or recent years. Consulting is where an expert in a field helps the client to acquire knowledge.

 

Is Coaching right for me?

Are you feeling stuck? Do you have big aspirations and wish you had support with your biggest goals? Coaching is right for you. Do you feel like something is missing? You’re right for coaching. Do you wish your relationships were deeper and more authentic? Coaching can help. No one needs a coach, but everyone could benefit from coaching.

What does working together look like?

Typically, I meet with clients once a week virtually, either over the phone or on zoom. During our calls, we deepen the client’s self- awareness, develop emotional intelligence so they can achieve their goals faster and with more velocity.
